Which of the two Yamaha lower unit gear oils is the correct one for a 4.2L Offshore F250XCA?

Marine Lower Unit Gearcase Lube (for all outboards)
or the
Marine Lower Unit Gear Lube HD (for the V8 F300~ F350 & V-6 VMAX SHO 200 ~ 250 gearcases)
