2001 Yamaha Multifunction Gauge Question

I just replaced the fuel tank in my sons 1994 Key West with a 2001 Yamaha F80 and used a WEMA sending unit. I also replaced the analog fuel guage.

My question is can I also use the Yamaha Multifunction Guage for reading fuel?

If so how is this done? What color wire is on the Yamaha guage to connect the senders pink wire?

It's white.

Wite wire on gauge connects to pink sender wire and set dip switch in gauge for USA fuel sender.
