Yamaha f 250 four stroke 2005 water in oil

I have a yamaha f 250 four stroke year 2005 runs 151 hours and it is getting water in the oil, the cilinder gaskets are allready changed with new ones. Cane somebody help me out what is causing this problem.

Run a compression test, check that the exhaust relief holes on back of mid housing are at least 5 inches above water line when boat is in water.
