thanks i found out its a 1979 mod.
i sstill dont know why im having a free spin.one minute its cruzing nicely then it revs(like a sliping clutch) then when the revs come down to normal shes cruzing nicely again.Any body out there had this problem before.? I would appreciate some feedback .thanksComment

Does that old of a motor have a rubber hub in the prop?
If so you probably need to have it repaired by a prop shopComment
