Yamaha 15 Short Shaft to Long Shaft Conversion

I have a 1988 Yamaha 15 HP two stroke, short shaft (15"). I want to convert it to a long shaft (20"). What parts are required to complete the conversion? I am not an outboard person, but mechanically inclined. I am sure I can execute the conversion if I had all of the correct parts.

Yamaha doesn't offer an conversion kit. You have to change the mid housing, drive shaft in gearcase, shift shaft and water tube, would be very expensive.
