Excessive fuel on F115

This engine was sitting for approx 8 months.However,we started it up.We firstl noticed a drop in the water pressure at idle,a stuck thermostat that we removed.And a huge jump in the fuel comsumption,also provide 3600 rpm at WOT with a huge jump in fuel consumption.I'll appreciate any assistance.

I'm not very familiar with the 4-strokes, but sounds like one of the cylinders is not firing. I would pull the plugs and inspect and try to determine which one. With the motor setting up that long, could easily have a fuel injector that is clogged up.
