94' 115pro v not going over 4300rpm

Hey guys I'm new to the forum and seeking help.

I have a 1994 115 pro v model P115TLRS. Ran her for the 1st time in two months and ran perfectly fine for 20min cruising. Slowed to idle speed and all of the sudden started running rough in neutral and below planning speeds. Needed full throttle to plane off but ran smooth at 4k rpm but would only Max out WOT at 4300rpm. Far short of the normal 5.6k... any help would be greatly appreciated! !

Run a compression test, check spark plugs. May need carbs cleaned and fuel pumps checked if been sitting for that long.
