130 Water Pump and thermostats

1st timer changing water pump and thermostats.
Any help and advice is greatly appreciated.
Going to drop the lower unit off for the winter and store inside.
Is there anything I should be careful with or watch for anything.
Cant find details about the thermostats, how to change.
I'm thinking all this is pretty easy - right ?

It's easy to change, best to get a service manual and follow steps in manual. The thermostats are on top of each cylinder head.
