Pulser coil

Is it even possible that the pulser coil on a 200 HPDI could affect charging or tach fluctuations? Engine runs fine but tach fluctuates. Cant find anything concrete on how the tach gets its pulse. Replaced regulator/rectifier and stator ohms out good, no ground issues but still no charge.

Pulsor coil is an ignition component, stator is alternator(lightning) coil for charging system.
