On a 96 yamaha 200hp saltwater series II, i have three green, one black, and two red wires. I know one red is the charge lead for the batteries, what is the other red wire for (capped off)?
checked the other red wire's voltage today while motor was running and only had about six and onehalf volts. so this excludes this from being a charge wire.
