2006 225 four stroke losing power.

I live in florida and have a 2006 Yamaha 225 Four Stroke. When I am on the water for 5 or more hours the engin loses power when I try to get on plane. It doesn't stall but only gets to 400 RPM. when I pull back it idles fine. This happens after I have been stopped and fishing for about an hour + with only the *****ing motor. This ONLY happens when I have been out for more than 5 hours. It runs great all morning. I have had the entire fuel system cleaned, all filters including the VST tank, injectors and screens. I have also installed a new battery and battery switch. I think this may be an electrical problem. Does anyone have an idea what it might be?

Have you checked the pressure on the high pressure line when problem occurs? I had same problem on a f225 and the pump would lay down after it got hot, wouldn't quit but lost fuel pressure.
