Oil Injection Pump Seal

I have a 1987 40 hp ELH model. I have a problem with the 2 cycle oil draining into the lower cylinder and eventually out of the exhaust through the prop when the boat is stored for any length of time. I am fairly sure the lip seal that is on the oil pump assy part # 6H4-13200-01-00 is leaking and causing the problem. Is it possible to purchase just the lip seal that is on the input shaft of the oil pump or do I have to purchase an entire new pump to get this seal? I called Boats.net and after looking at the website exploded view it is hard to tell and was suggested I post and see what comes back. Is this a common problem and what is the fix. Thanks

You can replace the distance collar which I think it had the seal in it, don't remember for sure.
