I have a Yamaha f115 and lose oil when I run the motor hard and with a heavy load. I did notice what looked like smoke off in a distance behind boat while running but doesnt smoke at idle or when boat is not under a load and on plane running. I had to put 2 1/2 quarts in it yesterday and was full before I left. Last night I didn't run it hard and no oil was missing. I did noticed oil residue on and around the air intake and the electrical boxes next to it. Any ideas what could be wrong or is this normal when motor is in a bind?
