F90TLR trim gauge

How do I wire a Yamaha trim tilt gauge to the control unit of my F90TLR

I'm in the same boat with our 90TLR. Our's has a spring loaded lever on the bracket and per the factory wiring diagram turns a resister wired with other devices to a trim gauge connector. This circuit is not part of the con*****er.

Unfortunately, our wiring harness running to the console doesn't have a corresponding connector for the trim circuit. I found two unused wires in the harness that I plan to re-purpose via splices.

BTW, once installed, adjustment is accomplished at the bracket.
