115hp 2005 Yamaha Prop Question

My 115hp Tiller at the slowest ***** is 2.2hp. my prop is a 3blade 19-K, my question is if I change props can I slow my *****ing speed down without having to throw a drift sock out to slow me down, and if I change props can somebody give me a good recommendation.

prop selection is made to get the proper WOT RPMs for a boat/and motor set up not for *****ing speed.
Get a *****ing motor to handle that part of your fishing

You could install a *****ing plate that attaches to the back of your cavitation plate, just drop it down to *****, greatly reduces thrust from prop. Good Luck!
