Just purchased a second boat, a 2010 Carolina Skiff JVX18 with a 2010 60hp Yamaha motor. It came with an aluminum prop, which I've been told to replace with a SS prop.
Want to make sure I order the right one. The sticker on the engine reads:
F60TLR
L 1042986
F 6C5
Looking at the Boats.net website, I see several SS props for the Yamaha 60. I'm thinking the "L" on the sticker refers to LEFT rotation. I'm not really clear on the significance of the PITCH. Basically, I use this boat to go into shallow water areas, or park at the shore to get out and fish or play.
