synching of trim and throttle of twin F225's

Twin F225's model year 2003, about 400 hours. The issues:

1. Throttles are not in synch, on other words the two throttle handles do not line up with engines at same RPM. Not a big deal, but would like to have them even. Is this a cable adjustment at the motor, or at the throttle/shifter mechanism?

2. Motors do not tilt/trim evenly, one moves faster than the other. Im assuming it is in the tilt/trim mechanism, but where to start looking?

Check the cable adjustment at engine and check for loose play in cables.
There is no adjustment for trim speed.
