    i have a2002 50 tlra that im haveing problems with what i believe is the over heating sensor cutting me back to an idle. i have replaced the thermostat and in stalled a new waterpump. it seems to be pumping good water and dosnt seem to be overheating. do i need to replace the sensesors.

    quite possibly, but before you start throwing parts (and money) at it, buy a genuine manual and do basic trouble shooting. You seem to be tunnel visioned about the cooling system, you maybe on the right track, but also maybe not.

      Temperature switches and the thermostat can be tested in a pot of water being heated to see what temperature they open and close at

        Are you gettind a alarm? If not you will want to test the over heat alarm to make sure it works.
