motor runs good untill 3/4 throttle then there is no more power, it just flattens out. is this a problem of running out of fuel? which pump supply or injection pump? possibly from ethanol in our fuel? PLEASE HELP!!! THANKS!!!

Do the simple things first - replace fuel filter(s).

Also, replace your primer bulb - the internal diaphram sometimes rips, sticks and drips! This is an inexpensive replacement.

If this doesn't solve the problem see if you can borrow another tank (6 gal) and run your motor directly from this tank, you may have a pressure/venting problem.

Why not just monitor the fuel pressures and vacuum to see if there is a fuel supply problem of something else.
Test what you can to see what is in spec
