115 stalling

i have 115s on my boat. 1 engine will sputter then stall on ocassion. if i open the racor seperator drain valve it solves the problem. it seems to create a vacuumn to just that 1 motor. it is not any of the filters, because i have checked and changed them. could it be the pickups from the tank or is it something else?

monitor the fuel pressures/vacuums at different points to see what is going on,
If each motor is on a different pick up then it could be plugged tube or anti-siphon valve in the line
