Winky Blinky v. USB cable

Will the Winky Blinky cable work with the diagnostic software?

I can't find a USB or even the serial cable anywhere.

I have the software with no cable.

Is there anyone out there with a cable to spare for sale?

The cable needs to be purchased through yamaha. It is sold here also
