1998 c60tlrx overheating

Water pump is new (last week) and water tube is unobstructed. I have no water coming out the thermostats exhaust ports and the engine still overheats...A. Where are the thermostats (I just ordered a manual) B. How hard is it for someone of moderate ability to change them out (3 thermostats)?
