Yamaha 2000 40hp bogging down

My 40hp Yamaha motor is bogging down when in gear and accellerating. I did take the carbs apart to clean them from Ethanol issues and have tried to synchronize them and they seem close to be synchronized although I don't have a manometer and don't know where to get one. Any ideas?

If it is a 2 stroke you do not need a manometer, just follow the procedures in your Yamaha service manual.
Sounds like you still have a fuel problem test fuel pressure/vacuum and maybe go through carbs again if all is good
