  • Wiring Conflict.

I have two drawings for an F150 with conflicting info.

The 6 pin I/O plug from the "Speed and Fuel Meter" (round) that takes the tank level info also has an NMEA0183 output for a GPS input. one of my drawings shows the :-

L wire BLUE as (+) signal.
W wire WHITE as (-) signal.

The other drawing shows it reversed BLUE (-) and WHITE (+)

Which is correct? Thank you in advance.

    Regards
    Martin, England.

Sorry, can't help with that model. Assuming you're talking about conflicting info in the shop manual right? Typo? Easy enough to figure out I would think. Can't you take your multimeter from each pin to ground and see which one gives you a reading?
