crazy water pressures
at the dock the water pressure is 18-20 psi @ 4,000 rpm.
When underway the pressure is 11-12 psi @ 4,000 rpm.
Why is there a drop when moving through the water??

Does anyone have the answer to this. I have replaced the thermostats and gauge, and there was a new water pump at the beginning of the season. In previous years there was 18-20 PSI at WOT.
