Service at Boats.net

I've been trying to get parts since 5/29. I tried calling and was on hold for over a hour. The message said continue to hold you are 15th in line. It counted down til finally the phone rings and no one answers. I let it ring for over 5 minutes. Then I tried a email and it says it will be 3 days before they respond. If I knew it would take 2 or 3 weeks to order on line I woud have went to a dealer. Is this typical service for Boats.net? My motor is a 250 OX66 and all I'am looking for is a lower unit reseal and new impellar.

Tried calling early this morning and was 14th in line again so I just hung up. They have two mores days left two email me back. I won't make this mistake again.
