needs help on handle tiller convertion

i have a 1989 yamaha 30elf motor on my boat .im currently have steering setup. Due to limited space, i want to convert to handle tiller. i went order handle tiller assy. i couldnt find where to connect the 2 throtle cable from the tiller handle assy. i dont know if i need to get the parts for those cable.if any one have any idea please help me out. picture,diagram and parts location are even better. I have a 92 version of that motor and i want to do the same. Did you buy the tiller arm kit? I reasearched and came up with part number 6J8-W0084-00-EK . I'm not sure if this will have everthing i need though. My motor has controls on it now also. Could you let me know how you make out. Thanks
