im having a problem with a WAVERUNNER VX1100 AF

The thing is my waverunner is having a problem. Its an electrical problem i guess. The thing is,when i try to ride it at it full throttle it rides normally. But after 4 or 5 seconds an alarm comes and i cant take the speed no matter how much i squeeze the throttle lever, so i checked it with my laptop. The code is 135 and laptop shows that throttle position sensor indicates in red (this is done when engine is running with the alarm). So i bought a new throttle position sensor and an accelerator position sensor and installed it and went for a test ride. The same problem comes within 4 or 5 seconds cant accelerate. I changed the relays also. But cannot solve the problem.. Can you help me with this problem...thank you.
