1990 225etxd found cut yellow wires in main harness

I have been working on this problem of not get the oil to transfer from remote tank to engine tank.I have found two yellow wires cut in the main harness,one goes to ECU,the other to prime start ,the question is what to re-hook these wires to? At the other end both yellow wires and the brown are tyed together.What to do next? (Waiting on factory manual.)

yellow is key on 12V positive.
must be attached.
the brown lead for the oil transfer pump ties to the yellow a few inches behind the 10 pin main.

Hello ,yhanks for the reply rodbolt17. Right now the 2 yellow wires and the brown wire that goes to transfer pumpare all connected together:cool.do I reconect the yellow wire for prime start to the yellow and brown and the other yellow?where do i attach the yellow wire coming from ECU?
