1994 115 hp 2 stroke

I have a 94 115 yamaha.
Runs great wide open but hesitates on a hole shot to the point that it will stall if i dont feather the choke. it seems to be starving for fuel but i dont understand how it runs so good wide open.

Low speed jets could be clogged up - if you haven't done a shock treatment with a detergent in the last year, do one with Seafoam - scroll down to "Seafoam/Ken's Procedure".
If a shock treatment does not help, remove the low speed jet needles and squirt Berryman's Chemtool into the seats to dissolve gum/varnish.
If the above does not fix problem, then carb removal and teardown is in order.
