Precision Blend system for a 1992 85 HP?

We have a 1992/93 85HP. It is a 50:1 mixture motor. The same year a 90 HP was offered with the precision blend system. Is it possible to fit a precision blend system to the 85 HP?

I not sure if the block was machine for the oil pump, but if it was the crankshaft would have to be removed and drive gear installed on crankshaft.
