yamaha F115TXRA 2002 stalls after power down

...motor runs great at wot/ cruise rpm of 42-4600, but after power reduction and idle, engine hesitates (rpm fluctuating a couple of times)..from 8 to 6 and then dies, engine restarts but it's anoying, read and read, ISC issues?.. any help and advice greatly appreciated!..

sounds like the ISC is sticking.
