Trim Switch On Throttles

Boat's still on the trailer and finishing projects. Tried the trim/tilt switch on port throttle lever and both engines went up and down fine. Tried it again and nothing. The individual switches work. Going to start checking connections. This operation for this switch is only tied into the 2-tilt/trim switches in the binnacle right?

youll see it when you look underneath,ties in with the other 2 singles, sounds more like a bad switch but worth a connection check
