may need to monitor fuel pressure to see if it is dropping.
When was the last time you cleaned/ replaced VST, filters, pumps, and injectors?

Best to post full model # and what all you have done to it lately

              nice thing about that engine??
you can record and graph the last 13 minutes of run time data.
that why you can monitor various sensor inputs and various ECU outputs while its dying.
remember, it does not have to throw a code to quit running.

Is that 702 psi as it stalls out also.
You need to be monitoring while problem is happening.
Something has to be changing, either pressure drops, injectors stop firing at proper time, or spark is going away to make it stall out.
Maybe even too much fuel will stall it also, like stuck injector or over pressure

looks like you need to get a computer hooked up to this thing like Rodbolt says and see what is going on.
