Yamaha Gargle

I have a yamaha 225 four stroke. At idle there is a faint gargle noise. No alarms going off, and there is a steady stream of water discharge. the engine seems to be running fine otherwise. I'm not too concerned about it but can anyone tell me what this faint gargle noise is from. engine idle's at 600.
Very little bubbles.

only time I have heard anything remotely like your describing is in gear at idle and tied up.
