1995 200 TXRT no top end

I have cleaned the carbs, changed and/or cleaned all filters. Run Seafoam through system. Changed plugs. Compression 146-150 all holes.
Starts and idles perfectly but cannot get up on plane and starts to shudder under load.
Tach flashing along bottom and not registering properly.
Any ideas? And please don't say the CDI unit. Thanx.

I will not say it is the CDI only if you test the inputs to the CDI and the outputs of the CDI and report back that they are in spec at the different RPM ranges like the service manual states.
An electrical system problem is easy to eliminate using the proper equipment and a service manual.

Have you checked the fuel pressures and vacuum to make sure the fuel delivery system and pumps are all good?

Timing out of sync maybe ?

Going to swap out fuel pumps.
Timing does advance but will have to get a more in depth analysis of the electricals. Thanks, will let you know when its all fixed.

it is a lot better to test things first, that way you do not replace parts that do not need to be replaced
