I HAVE A 93 200 PROV # P200TLRR PROBLEM IS WHEN TAKING OFF IT GOES TO 1800 RPM AND STAYS THERE FOR ABOUT A MINUTE SOMETIMES LONGER THEN IT KICKS UP AND TAKES OFF WEIGHT DONT MATTER FULL TANK 1/2 OR EMPTY DOES ABOUT THE SAME LIKE I SAID IT ALWAYS GOES TO 1800 RPM ANY SUGGESTIONS

How old are the fuel pumps? You have two of them there on the port side of the power head. If they're more than 5 years old I'd replace them, they're only about $40 at the dealer. Also how old is your Racor filter? How does the filter under the hood look? But it does sound like a fuel starvation problem.
