Tilt and Trim question

I have a pair of 2004 200hpdi. I'm having a problem with the port engine. The motor comes up to around the half way mark and begins to slow down. It probally comes up around 90 % . If it lays a day or two and I go put it down the motor runs but the engine don't move. I shake the motor a little bit and it goes down no problem. When the motor is up it appears to stay up even after a week. Any advice?

Could be bushings corroded and froze up on pivot points, could be low on fluid or air in system, check fluid level. Could be trim motor dragging, may need new motor.
