confused about con*****er, 703, correct model

I am purchasing a used 1995 model saltwater series 150 engine, S150txRU.

I am looking to get a model 703 control but it seems they come as Push to throttle and pull to throttle.

I will need a 10 pin one but need to know which con*****er to use. Do I need Push or Pull? What model number do I need?

Also, do other con*****ers work? I have seen ones listed as "Universal" controls but have also heard some of the Yamaha controls are wired to have internal alarms, too.

Frankly I am a little baffled. please enlighten me. thanks mk

Use 703-48207-17-10 side mount control, 10 pin with 16ft harness, push to open.
It has the key switch, wiring harness and warning alarm set up for the Yamaha motors.
