1994 4MHS Lower Unit Removal

I need to change the impeller on my 1994 Yamaha 4HP outboard. How do I remove the lower unit? I removed the two bolts near the anode but not the anode itself. The lower unit slides down about 1/2 inch but no more. Is there something else I need to do or do I just wiggle it until it comes off?
