250 four stroke

i have a new 250 hp 4 stroke, and it started ideling high. when you start the engine it runs at 600 rpms and after a few minutes of shifting it turns up to 900 rpms. the code on the command link controls is -73-. would anyone know what this means?

73 is Oil Control Valve, Stbd. Needs to checked with computer diagnostic program and check operation of valve.
