My model # not listed in the Parts catalogue

Hi - am new here and thought this would be a good place to get advice and buy parts. I have 2 x 225HP 4-strokes, but the model/serial no on the nameplates does not correspond to those listed in the Yamaha database. I suspect this is because I am not US based (living in the UAE), and the motors or probably Directly from Japan, but I would think the parts would be mostly identical and would like to be able to order direct from the US.

most parts are, however there were some differences.
mostly with the ECM.
drawback is here in the US I cannot access what changed.

Cheers, thanks. Excuse the ignorance, but what is ECM? I have a parts manual for the AET which I downloaded and the part numbers are the same, so I think I should be OK.

Another question- the fluid in the trim system is a milky pinkish colour which I think indicates water has got in. The main piston shaft has a slight scratch which i think is the culprit. Any other suggestions?
