Hello,
I bought a new Yamaha 115 powerhead (shortblock) at an auction. It is new, not remanufactured. # on the crate (I was told) is 6F3-W0090-18-4D. I've got a Yamaha parts CD but can't find that #?
Block has the 4 post stator mount + large crankshaft taper (I believe they changed that in '90)?
I'm trying to determine what years this will fit?
I've got a '99 Yamaha technical guide that shows powerhead interchangeability for '90-'96 and then a different part # for '97-'99. What did they change in '97?
