Hi I have a pair of Yamaha 2004 200 hpdi's and need to do water pumps. Looked thru parts and can't seem to find a the replacement water pump kit. Can anyone help? One engine is counter rotating. Thanks.

you may also need the collar and retainer,occasionally I have to cut them off.
for me its a time thing.
I could spend 20 minutes playing with it at 85/hr or make 2 attempts at prying the retainer off then cut it.
the latter one takes maybe 2 minutes.
wont matter on the water pump which direction the propshaft rotates both drive shafts rotate the same direction.
what service manual do you have?
you may also wish to do the pressure control valve grommet and the T-stats at the same time.
