carb enricher

70 hp 70TLRZ all new parts in enricher all carbs clean .how is this thing supposed to work no fuel at all while cranking. Engine will start if I choke it with hand over carb.

Make sure the red lever on enrichinger is in closed or normal position, look in owners manual for correct position of lever, www.yamaha-motor.com has the manuals you can view.
Trim motor down all the way, pump up fuel primer bulb, start engine with throttle lever in idle position. Engine should start.
