Help Command Link Tach does not match up

Help is needed with my tach replacement for a 150 Yamaha 2 stroke... Old tach has 12+ wires coming out the back and the new tach #6y8-8350T-11-bk has a fitting for a 4 wire square plug... did I buy the wrong tach... Has command link on it... thanks,,,

The only 2 stroke engines that are Command Link compatable are the 2006 and newer HPDI models.
Since Command Link doesn't have wires coming out of tach you probably have the Multifunction digital gauges which if your engine is newer than 2005 then would need part number 6YR-W0035-E2-00
If you have a 1994-2004 model then use 6Y5-8350T-82-00 tachometer.
