F15ELHW- adding recoil starter?

I have a '98 F15 electric start. I would like to add a manual recoil starter. Looking at the parts diagrams it looks like I could buy assembly 66M-15710-01-00 and get most if not all the parts needed. Anyone tried this or know better?

I have never tried it but you would need everything listed in that parts page where the recoil is listed.
