Steering kit problem

Hi there.Ive recently bought a 14ft mayland with morse steering throttle/gear change.There was no engine with the boat but the previous owner had a 20hp yam on it.I wanted to use my yamaha 4hp 4 stroke on it in inland lochs but it seems yamaha dont do a kit to fit steering to these engines.They do however sell a kit for the 4hp 2 stroke engines.Is there any way i could use the 2 stroke kit on my 4 stroke.? As i really like the engine and the alternative is a new (larger)engine which i really dont want or need.HELP

Never tried to convert to remote steering but don't know of any way to connect a steering arm to motor since tiller handle connects to cowling and not to a steering arm.

The steering works with cables.Its really the throttle and gear change which are the problem.
