misfiring

96 saltwater 200 yamaha is not hitting on all cylinders. I can pull plug wires off 1,3 & 5 and it dont affect the running. Pulled wires off 2,4 & 6 and it sputters. What could cause this? Changed plugs gone through carbs checked fuel pumps ohmed coils checked timing. NEED HELP BADLEY!!!!!
