I've got a speedboat 'scorpion' 18ft long. The outboard I've bought with this boat is Yamaha 140.two stroke. Serial no:140 BET

The problem I've got is that even when this boat has aboard 8 people, the engine raffs 6.
I feel that the propeller may be changed, the one I have right now is 21'inch.Iwas told of changing it to racing or laser. What is the
difference between them,what size& what kit should I have together with the propeller?
